William Foulds

BEng, MSc, CFIRM - Owner & Director

Will is the founder and Managing Director of Redstone Risk. He has 17 years’ experience architecting and delivering risk management solutions to clients across the world at the highest level. As a highly-skilled risk analysis practitioner with a deep understanding of the UK Defence and Energy domains, he has established himself as a valued and trusted advisor to many senior leadership teams. Will is passionate about pushing the boundaries of risk management by harnessing modern data visualisation techniques to create simple and truly engaging information out of traditionally complex and uninspiring risk data.

As fellow of the Institute of Risk Management, qualified with a distinction in MSc risk management, and a former external examiner for Glasgow Caledonian University, he is uniquely positioned to speak with authority on all aspects of risk management.

Will is also a trustee of the Riviera Education Trust, a charitable organisation dedicated to improving educational outcomes for local children.

Gareth Day

BA (Hons), MSc, LL.Dip, APMP - Consultant

Gareth graduated from the University of Bath with a MSc in Management before starting his risk management career as a consultant with Babcock International Group. After three years providing risk and project controls consultancy services to customers in the UK defence and nuclear sectors, Gareth joined Redstone Risk in 2018, and now has over 6 years' experience providing expert risk management and analysis services to major projects, programmes and bids of various sizes and complexities.

Gareth is passionate about making risk information useful to decision makers and utilising the latest software to help achieve this.

Emma Beagles

BSc (Hons) - Analyst

After completing a BSc in Chemistry from Cardiff University, Emma worked in a variety of complex analytical roles, before joining Redstone Risk in 2022 to help provide analytical risk services for our customers. Driven by the desire to make information meaningful, Emma’s immediate goal is to develop the application of her analytical skills to help solve common risk management challenges.
