May 2026: Redstone Risk Ltd has just completed the initial phase of a major Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) package of work within the defence nuclear enterprise.
The work involved the building of a complex schedule, assumptions and risks across an alliance of three different organisations. Our work resulted in the agreement of a transfer date for the project across all parties, a first for the alliance.
