<p>William Foulds is a risk management expert and the founder of Redstone Risk Ltd. With 25 years of experience in project and enterprise risk management, William has advised major organisations including Babcock, Rolls-Royce, EDF Energy, AWE, Siemens, and BAE Systems.</p>
<p>He is a Certified Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management and a Fellow of the Controls &amp; Skills Authority, also holding an MSc in Risk Management with Distinction. William has served as an External Examiner for Glasgow Caledonian University and frequently presents at high-profile industry events, such as the Project Controls Expo and Safran webinars.</p>
<p>His areas of expertise include schedule and cost risk analysis, with hands-on proficiency across leading tools such as Safran Risk, @Risk, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, and others. He has played a pivotal role in major UK defence and energy projects, providing modelling and assurance support to multi-£Bn bids and programmes within Defence, Civil Nuclear New Build, Nuclear Decommissioning, Strategic Systems and Local Government.</p>
<p>A trusted voice in government circles, William co-authored a critical white paper on defence procurement that led to ministerial engagement and invitations to present evidence to the Defence Select Committee.</p>
<p>Outside of consulting, William serves as a Trustee of the Riviera Education Trust, is based in Devon, UK, and holds a valid SC clearance. A former private pilot, he flew solo on his 17th birthday, underscoring a lifelong commitment to discipline and precision.</p>
